Devin went to put our flag out Monday morning and asked Monks if he wanted to help. Devin went to our front closet to get it out and put the pole together and Monks excitedly ran to his train and pulled out his small flag he got at Hobby Lobby and said here go daddy! How adorable is that? He carries that thing with him a lot and he loves to put it in his cup holder in his car seat. I am not sure where he got this obsession but anytime he sees one in front of a building or in someone’s yard he yells “Wook! A flag! Wook!” My sweet little American.
