Kerrville Day 1

We got to Kerrville around noon and a yummy lunch was being prepared! We had grilled burgers and sausage and several yummy salads and all the trimmings. After catching up with everyone and getting full, we headed to our cabins! They are right on the Guadalupe River and are so neat! I absolutely loved them! They had two rooms, a full kitchen complete with pans, plates, glasses and silverware for six. Devin, Pete, Jenny and Adrian took a nap but the rest of us hit up the pool! We then got ready for dinner at this Mexican place Gramita loved. We had lots of fun being all together and then went our separate ways for the funeral the next day! 

They were redoing the roads throughout their community and Horns took Aikman down to take the workers bottled water and see the equipment up close! They even got in it! Talk about the highlight of his trip! Monks was soooo excited.
