After the ceremony, we said our good-byes to the Kerrville bunch and headed over to Genghis Grill. Devin absolutely loves it there. We ate so much and had lots of fun laughing and just celebrating. Monks was getting tired and didn’t each much but he had lots of fun playing with all his cars on the table.
After late lunch/early dinner, we headed to Hobby Lobby to get Pete and Phil’s Christmas lights for their house. After some shopping, we went to Tio and Tia’s to watch the news because Devin was on it! They showed bits and pieces from the ceremony and even interviewed him! He was like a celebrity. Everyone at work was telling me how they saw him on TV the next day. After the news we celebrated before Tio went to church with some frozen yogurt from Nikki’s Swirl Shop. They had an eggnog flavor that was awesome. We then went and did some shopping at Target and called it a night. It was a full day but so worth it.
