Friday evening we all were graciously invited to make gingerbread houses at Tio and Tia’s. We had to make fun of Tia and Devin because they had never made one and we joked being that they were white they should have sometime in their childhood. J Yes, we can joke like that. Lol. They bought all kinds of goodies to decorate with! Adrian and Pips watched from the sidelines but still had fun. Monks loved it of course and alternated between putting a piece on the house and eating a piece. We all made them a little different and poor Tia just could not get it to stay together and so ended up smashing it. We like to think her structure was just in tornado alley and was no match for mother nature. Pete ordered pizza for everyone and we had so much fun. There is nothing like being together during the holidays. (Although the Anderson/Silva families always find some excuse to eat and have fun together.)
